Hellwig Helpers Editorial Review
The Hellwig 2520 LP-25 Leaf Kit has garnered positive reviews from customers. One user reported towing a 10,000 GVW enclosed trailer with a 3,000 lb car and at least 1,000 lbs in tools and other assorted items, noting that the truck did not squat as much and towed well on the highway. They also mentioned a significant improvement in ride quality when not hauling anything. Another user mentioned that the kit held their 5th wheel camper perfectly, with the truck only dropping around half an inch. They also found the installation process easy. However, there were some inquiries about the product being sold as a pair or per side, with answers confirming that the kit includes springs for both sides but the installation bracket and u-bolts are sold separately. Additionally, there were questions about the load version, with confirmation that the kit Consists of progressive load springs. Some users mentioned compatibility issues, advising that it depends on the leaf length of the specific vehicle.
