Putco Window 97563 Editorial Review
The Putco 97563 Window Trim has garnered a mix of reviews from customers, reflecting varied experiences in performance and aesthetics. Users generally appreciate the ease of installation and how the chrome accents enhance the overall look of their trucks, effectively complementing factory chrome trims. The installation process is straightforward when the provided instructions are followed, with several reviewers recommending a "dry fit" to ensure accuracy before committing to the application. Many noted the importance of proper cleaning and preparation of the surface for the adhesive to work effectively. However, some users encountered issues with adhesion, particularly on the driver side, where an air gap resulted from a portion of the trim not properly adhering despite following installation instructions. This resulted in concerns about potential noise at higher speeds and disappointment in the aesthetic outcome for those affected. While some are highly satisfied and feel the trim looks factory-installed, others have mixed feelings, citing both positive visual appeal and performance concerns. In summary, the Putco 97563 Window Trim is generally well-received for its stylish enhancement of truck aesthetics and its ease of installation, though there are concerns about long-term adhesion and fit that vary among individual experiences. **
