Elmo Document Cameras EV-400AF Editorial Review
The Elmo EV-400AF Visual Presenter offers a versatile solution for displaying documents and objects in various settings. Whether you need to project pages from books or newspapers onto a wall or display notes from your computer to a screen, this visual presenter can accommodate your needs. However, it is important to note that this product requires a separate projector to properly project images, as it does not have built-in projection capabilities. While the product itself is designed for versatility, some customers have experienced compatibility issues with certain devices. For example, one user reported that the connections were the wrong size to fit their MacBook or smartboard in the classroom, even with the assistance of a professional school technologist. Another user mentioned that the camera lens height was too large and seemingly outdated, resulting in their decision to return the product. If you are specifically looking for a visual presenter that can be connected to a computer for easier note-sharing, it may be worth Considering other options such as the Elmo or Epson document camera. In summary, the Elmo EV-400AF Visual Presenter offers versatility in displaying documents and objects, but it requires an additional projector for image projection. It is important to ensure compatibility with your devices before purchasing this visual presenter.
