Respuesta: The 'first cleaning' is to remove dirt, gravel, etc from the wound. Just use water or soap+water to flush any grit out before using the Neosporin. -

Respuesta: The Neo To Go spray is 1/4 ounce and the Wound Foam cleanser is 2.3 ounces. The ingredients are the same. The spray is much smaller.
