This coin display case comes with a horizontal wood frame that has two hangers mounted on the back for easy hanging on the wall. It has single grooves on each shelf for coins with a groove size of 4 mm that provides a grip for the bottom of the coins so they don't slide down flat. It's perfect only for displaying coins and cannot be used for other items like pins, medals or figurines. This case cannot be locked and doesn't come with extra shelf replacements.Customers have used the case creatively to display minifigs and golf balls but were disappointed that it has no locking mechanism, only single grooves, and could not be used for other items. Despite that, they were impressed with the quality of the finish, double slots to fit twice as many coins, and size that fits on the wall without looking gaudy or protruding. One customer had an issue with the door being bent and the locks not sturdy enough, causing them not to purchase it again.
