Action & Adventure Editorial Review
Treasure Island [Blu-ray] is a mixed bag in terms of customer reception. Some reviewers praise the performances, particularly Eddie Izzard, but criticize the script for turning characters into caricatures. Others compare it unfavorably to previous versions, stating that it deviates too much from the original book. However, there are also positive reviews that highlight the adventure and the quality of the production. Overall, opinions are divided on whether this version of Treasure Island is worth watching.
