The DC Programmable Meter Controller has a few caveats such as requiring a minimum of 7VDC instead of 5VDC to power up, both output alarm trigger modes requiring human intervention and the lack of a setting for timing. However, the interface is straightforward, and it appears to be reliable. Customers appreciate its variety of setup options and alarm output capabilities at preset values of overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, over Ah, and or over power. The product includes separate cables-connected terminal blocks and current shunts.
