However, there were some negative experiences with delivery and packaging, including complaints about the cardboard packaging being opened and the safety seal on the lip balm being broken. Some customers were disappointed to receive the new formula instead of the old one which was pictured, and some found the taste disagreeable. Though overall the product seems to be a hit.
