Nutritionist's Take
Quantum Super Lysine+ Liq is a dietary supplement primarily formulated to support the immune system and promote overall health, particularly with its focus on cold sores and lip health due to its high lysine content. Many nutritionists appreciate the inclusion of natural ingredients such as echinacea and garlic, which are known for their immune-boosting properties. However, some professionals caution about the product's sugar content and the potential for it to cause gastrointestinal discomfort in sensitive individuals. While it may be beneficial for those with specific dietary needs related to viral outbreaks, it may not suit everyone, particularly those on low-sugar or ketogenic diets. Overall, while there are positive attributes regarding its intended benefits, consumers should weigh the potential drawbacks and consult healthcare professionals before incorporation into their regimen.
