Pregunta:
What are Clorox Disinfecting Wipes used for?
Respuesta: Clorox Disinfecting Wipes are designed to clean and disinfect various surfaces, effectively killing 99.9% of germs, including the viruses that cause the cold and flu. These wipes are perfect for everyday clean-up in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas. With their fresh lemon scent, they leave your surfaces not only clean but also smelling great. Whether you are cleaning countertops, doorknobs, or electronic devices, these wipes provide a quick and convenient solution to maintain a hygienic environment. -
Pregunta:
Are Clorox Disinfecting Wipes safe for use on all surfaces?
Respuesta: Clorox Disinfecting Wipes are safe for a variety of hard, non-porous surfaces like stainless steel, plastics, and glass. However, they are not recommended for use on unpainted wood, fabrics, or surfaces that are sensitive to bleach. Always refer to the product label for specific instructions and recommended surfaces. For example, if you’re cleaning a kitchen countertop, these wipes offer an effective solution to eliminate bacteria while refreshing the surface, but take care not to use them on delicate items. -
Pregunta:
Do Clorox Disinfecting Wipes have a fragrance?
Respuesta: Yes, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes in the Lemon scent provide a refreshing fragrance while cleaning. The pleasant lemony scent not only masks odors but also creates a fresh, inviting atmosphere in your home. This makes them particularly suited for kitchens or bathrooms where you want a clean that feels and smells uplifting. If you’re tidying up after cooking or preparing for guests, these wipes help ensure your space feels hygienic and welcoming. -
Pregunta:
How do you use Clorox Disinfecting Wipes?
Respuesta: Using Clorox Disinfecting Wipes is straightforward—simply pull out a wipe, scrub the surface you wish to disinfect, and allow the area to air dry. For maximum effectiveness, ensure the surface remains wet for at least 4 minutes to kill germs. Be mindful to wipe in a forward and backward motion for thorough coverage. These wipes are ideal for quick clean-ups; for example, after coming home from a grocery trip, you can easily sanitize your shopping bags or counter with just one wipe. -
Pregunta:
How many wipes are in the Clorox Disinfecting Canister?
Respuesta: Each Clorox Disinfecting Wipes canister contains 75 wipes. This quantity makes it a practical choice for regular cleaning tasks around the house, allowing you to disinfect numerous surfaces without running out quickly. Given their size, the canister is also portable enough to be placed in various rooms, such as the kitchen or bathroom. If you're hosting a gathering and want to ensure your space is sanitized, having these wipes on hand allows for swift clean-ups. -
Pregunta:
Can Clorox Disinfecting Wipes be used on electronic devices?
Respuesta: Yes, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes can be safely used on most electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and remote controls. It is important to ensure that the surface is not overly wet, as excessive moisture can damage electronics. To use, just wipe down the device gently and let it air dry. This is especially useful in today's digital age where devices are frequently touched, providing peace of mind regarding germ exposure on these surfaces. -
Pregunta:

Respuesta: Absolutely! Clorox Disinfecting Wipes are formulated to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria that can cause illnesses, including the flu and cold viruses. Using these wipes regularly on frequently-touched surfaces, such as light switches and handrails, can help reduce the spread of germs in your home, keeping your household healthier. -
Pregunta:
Are Clorox Disinfecting Wipes biodegradable?
Respuesta: Clorox Disinfecting Wipes are not biodegradable, as they are designed to provide effective disinfection and cleaning properties. While they are economical and effective in maintaining a clean environment, users are encouraged to dispose of used wipes in trash bins instead of flushing them down toilets. Consider using them for quick clean-up tasks, such as wiping down gym equipment after use, while being mindful of the appropriate disposal. -
Pregunta:
What is the shelf life of Clorox Disinfecting Wipes?
Respuesta: Clorox Disinfecting Wipes generally have a shelf life of about two years if stored properly in a cool, dry place. It's essential to check the packaging for the specific expiration date. Nutritionist's Take
As a nutritionist, it's important to clarify that Clorox 01593 Disinfecting Bleach Free Wipes are not a nutritional product but a cleaning supply. While they are bleach-free, making them less harsh than traditional bleach wipes, they still contain chemical agents that may raise concerns for some individuals, especially those with sensitivities or respiratory issues. These wipes are effective in disinfecting surfaces, which can contribute to overall health by reducing the spread of germs and preventing illness. However, they are not suitable for consuming or directly applying to skin. The product is not intended for dietary use, and it doesn't offer nutritional benefits. Care should be taken to use them as directed to avoid potential drawbacks, such as skin irritation or inhalation of fumes. Overall, consumers seeking to maintain a clean and germ-free environment can find these wipes helpful, but they should not be considered part of a nutritional regimen.
