Nutritionist's Take
Forever Living - Absorbent-C combines vitamin C with oat bran, which can enhance immune support and promote skin health. Vitamin C is essential for collagen synthesis and antioxidant protection, potentially benefiting skin radiance and overall cellular function. However, it's important to note that while this supplement can help supplement dietary intake, whole food sources of vitamin C—like fruits and vegetables—are typically more bioavailable. The inclusion of oat bran may offer additional fiber benefits, contributing to digestive health. Some potential drawbacks include its reliance on a supplemental form of vitamin C, which may not fully replace the benefits of a balanced diet rich in nutrients. Additionally, those with specific dietary restrictions or allergies should check the label for any allergens. While the product may be suitable for general consumers seeking additional vitamin C, a consultation with a healthcare provider is recommended for those with existing health conditions.

However, some users have commented that the price is quite high compared to other vitamin C supplements on the market.
