Digital precise heat control allows for accurate temperature settings and the clamshell design makes it easy to use. Most customers report this machine working great and easy to understand with many ways to adjust for crafts. However, there have been a few customers that experienced some issues with longevity and evenness of pressure, and one even received a different model than advertised.
