Customers have reported receiving a nicely made, heavy-duty product that meets the right height, and easy to assemble. It helps to keep the mattress stable and prevent slippage. However, one customer reported receiving a board that was 1/2 inch too long, making it too wide to fit the bed frame. Another customer reported receiving a product that did not look like the picture and was difficult to return.
