Lakeshore Board Games Editorial Review
Lakeshore Allowance Game is an engaging board game designed to teach elementary-aged children about money management, savings, and the concept of value. Players move around the board in a style reminiscent of Monopoly, where they either collect allowance or face financial penalties for specific actions, such as overdue library books. The game encourages children to grasp the fundamentals of counting coins, making change, and understanding interest through fun activities like earning money for chores or depositing in a bank. Parents have noted that children find enjoyment in gameplay, making it a popular choice for family game nights and classrooms alike.
