Dea Engine Mounts Editorial Review
The DEA A2651 Front Engine Mount has received mixed feedback from customers, highlighting varying experiences regarding its performance and quality. On the positive side, several users have praised the part for its fit and effectiveness once installed, with one mechanic specifically noting the quality of the mount. Customers reported satisfaction with the ease of installation, indicating it is manageable for those with basic mechanical skills. The price point of around $10 has also been acknowledged as budget-friendly, leading some to believe that it offers reasonable value for money. However, a significant number of reviews express concerns about the build quality of the mount. Customers have noted that the rubber used in the mount appears to be too soft and lack durability, with one reviewer comparing it to "play-dough." Issues were also raised about the longevity of the product, with some expressing skepticism about whether the mount would hold up under the weight of an engine or transmission. Additionally, there have been reports of defective parts, such as broken studs, which further detracts from the overall satisfaction with the product. In summary, while the DEA A2651 Front Engine Mount seems to deliver satisfactory performance at an affordable price, issues with durability and quality have led many customers to express caution regarding its long-term reliability. **
