SUBSONIC Racing Wheels SA5640-NG Editorial Review
The Superdrive - SV950 steering wheel is an affordable option for those looking to get into sim racing. While it may not be the most accurate or high-performance option available, it does offer an accessible entry point for beginners and younger players. However, there have been some issues reported by customers. The turning response of the wheel is delayed, making it less precise than desired. Additionally, the pedals lack any resistance, which can be a drawback for those looking for a more immersive racing experience. Some users also mentioned that there were no clamps included to secure the pedals in place. On the positive side, the steering wheel is made of aluminum, which adds to its durability and quality. It also offers a rotation range of 270 to 900 degrees, which is a rare feature for wheels in its price range. There is an inverter switch, further enhancing the versatility of the wheel. Overall, while the Superdrive - SV950 steering wheel may not be the top choice for demanding sim racers, it does offer decent value for its price. It is more suitable for casual gaming or beginners looking to dip their toes into the world of sim racing.
