About This Item
Introducing our high-quality Air Compressor Unloader Control Throttle Control Pilot Valve, designed and manufactured in the USA. This valve is an essential component for operating a compressed air system efficiently and effectively. With a preset pressure operating range of 125-150 PSI, this valve ensures that your compressed air system runs consistently within the desired parameters. It features 1/4 male NPT threads for easy air hook-up or direct installation into the air compressor tank.
Additionally, it has 1/8 female NPT threads on the side for convenient control of throttle valves, intake unloaders, or air actuated discharge valves. If you require multiple outlets, you can simply use a tee fitting, which is readily available at your local hardware store. This valve also offers the option to adjust the preset pressure. By accessing the two adjustment screw settings located below the manual unloader lever, you can fine-tune the cut-in and cut-out pressures.
It is recommended not to adjust more than 15 PSI in either direction for optimal performance. Featuring a durable aluminum lift lever on the top, this valve serves as a manual unloader and control lever. Lifting the lever in a straight up position opens the valve, allowing pressure to be applied to the throttle control, head unloaders, or discharge valve.
