The design allows the knives to slide in and out easily, making it effortless to grab the right knife for the job. The holder is made from PET, which is a tasteless, odorless, heat-resistant and food-grade material that is safe for daily use. Customer Feedback: - Bought it for mom, she loves! Great size, the shade of grey can go anywhere and the draw-like filling helps to not dull the blades, can fit 6 to 10 knives! - Works fine, I just wish it had a few more rods to hold the knives tighter. - Not too sold on it but kept it as it does the job holding the knives, would not buy again. - This thing is so cool! I needed something for my little knives that got lost at the bottom of my larger utensil holder. This item is PERFECT!!! Just stick them in. Also love the fact I don't have to find individual slots like a wooden knife block. Whoever came up with this is a complete genius! Thanks!!! - The chemical smell in this is overwhelming!!! There is no way I would put something I use to cut my food with inside of an object that is so clearly contaminated. I opened the box and immediately put everything in the garage. My kitchen still smelled 24 hrs later even though I have a large air purifier Constantly running in my home.
