The wave-patterned blade rotates automatically with each pump of the top knob, so it's always cutting in a different spot. The result is evenly chopped fruits and vegetables. It's also great for making a quick egg salad or chopping nuts for a crunchy garnish for a salad or sundae. The chopper can be used with the included cup to keep the ingredients contained, or it can be used right on a cutting board.
