While wearing an additional layer underneath is feasible, the T1 is recommended for its lightweight and flexibility compared to the mid-weight T2. The pant leg opening in the 32x30 size is described as boot-cut, and unfortunately, there are no plans for more color options in the 34x32 size. Furthermore, the pants sit above the waistline.
