Preguntas y respuestas de los clientes

  • Pregunta: What is CARPRO Reset and what makes it unique?

Respuesta: CARPRO Reset is an intensive car wash shampoo specifically designed to work harmoniously with ceramic coatings and nanotechnology-based sealants. What sets it apart is its pH-neutral formulation that cleans effectively without stripping away protective layers, ensuring the longevity of your vehicle's finish. It's formulated to provide a deep clean while maintaining the integrity of coatings, making it an excellent choice for car enthusiasts who prioritize vehicle care.
  • Pregunta: How does CARPRO Reset benefit ceramic coatings?

Respuesta: CARPRO Reset benefits ceramic coatings primarily due to its pH-neutral formula. Regular soaps can disrupt the bonding of coatings, but Reset ensures that your ceramic protections remain intact while efficiently removing dirt and grime. This is essential for maintaining the hydrophobic properties of ceramic coatings, allowing them to repel water and dirt effectively. Using Reset in your washing routine prolongs the life and performance of your ceramic coating.
  • Pregunta: Can I use CARPRO Reset on traditional waxed surfaces?

Respuesta: Yes, CARPRO Reset is safe for use on traditional waxed surfaces. Its pH-neutral formula ensures that it cleans without degrading wax protection, making it suitable for various types of finishes. Whether you have a ceramic-coated car or one with a traditional wax, Reset can deliver a thorough clean while preserving the existing protective layers, making it a versatile choice for all car care enthusiasts.
  • Pregunta: Is CARPRO Reset suitable for all vehicle types?

Respuesta: Absolutely, CARPRO Reset is suitable for all vehicle types including cars, trucks, and SUVs. Its gentle yet effective formula is designed to cater to the specific cleaning needs of different surfaces, from painted finishes to wheels and glass. This versatility allows users to leverage Reset for comprehensive vehicle maintenance, ensuring that every part of their vehicle shines while maintaining protective coatings.
  • Pregunta: What is the recommended dilution ratio for CARPRO Reset?

Respuesta: The recommended dilution ratio for CARPRO Reset is approximately 1:200 when used for a standard wash. This ensures optimal cleaning power while conserving the product, giving you excellent value. Always refer to specific instructions on the label for precise usage, especially if dealing with heavily soiled vehicles. A diluted formula can easily lift dirt and contaminants, providing a safe wash for your vehicle’s surfaces.
  • Pregunta: How do I apply CARPRO Reset for best results?

Respuesta: For best results with CARPRO Reset, start by rinsing your vehicle with water to remove loose dirt. Dilute the shampoo according to instructions, and use a wash mitt to gently scrub the vehicle from top to bottom. Rinse frequently to avoid scratches, and conclude by rinsing thoroughly. This method helps maintain the effectiveness of your coatings while ensuring that all grime is safely removed, resulting in a clean and polished appearance.
  • Pregunta: Does CARPRO Reset create suds, and why is that important?

Respuesta: Yes, CARPRO Reset produces a rich foam that is essential for effective washing. Suds help encapsulate dirt and grime, allowing them to be lifted away from the surface with ease. This is especially important for maintaining the quality of your vehicle’s finish. More suds can reduce friction during the washing process, thereby minimizing the risk of scratches and swirl marks, which is crucial for preserving the appearance of coated surfaces.
  • Pregunta: How often should I use CARPRO Reset?

Respuesta: You can use CARPRO Reset as often as needed, but it is generally recommended to wash your vehicle every two weeks to maintain its cleanliness and protective coatings. Regular use positions Reset as an integral part of your vehicle maintenance schedule. By incorporating it into your routine, you ensure that your vehicle remains pristine while safeguarding your ceramic and sealant protections against buildup and deterioration.
  • Pregunta: Can CARPRO Reset be used for hand washing only, or can I use it with a pressure washer?

Respuesta: CARPRO Reset is versatile; it can be used for both hand washing and with a pressure washer. When using a pressure washer, follow the dilution guidelines to create a foam cannon mixture that efficiently covers the vehicle with suds. This method optimizes cleaning and can save time. Whether hand washing or using a pressure washer, the product’s formulation ensures optimal performance in either scenario.
  • Pregunta: Where can I buy CARPRO Reset in Paraguay?

Respuesta: You can purchase CARPRO Reset from Ubuy in Paraguay. Ubuy offers a reliable platform for high-quality car care products including CARPRO Reset.
