Revisión editorial
**** Pandemic, designed by Matt Leacock and published by Z-Man Games, continues to be a fan favorite in the board gaming community, particularly as a cooperative game that emphasizes teamwork and strategy. Players embody unique roles as scientists working together to combat infectious diseases spreading across the globe. The game's premise involves trading colored cards to cure outbreaks, which presents players with not just a challenge but also an opportunity to engage in meaningful collaboration. One of the standout features of Pandemic is its accessibility to various age groups. Most players aged 13 and older will easily grasp the rules, with younger players often enjoying the game alongside adults, provided they have assistance as they navigate the higher complexity—especially when compared to classic games like Risk or Monopoly. Many users appreciate the inherent replay value, as the game scales in difficulty and allows different role combinations to keep the gameplay fresh. While the game has its strengths, such as promoting teamwork and strategic thinking, some players have noted that it can become repetitive when played at higher difficulty levels due to the limited number of cities in the early game cycles. The card trading mechanic can also drag the pace at times if the right roles aren’t in play, leading to some frustration. Nevertheless, even after years in the market, Pandemic remains engaging, particularly enhanced by the expansions that introduce additional challenges and functionalities, ensuring that veteran players can continue to find new ways to enjoy the game. In conclusion, Pandemic is widely regarded as an excellent cooperative board game that balances skill and luck while providing countless hours of enjoyment for players of various ages. **
