Exerpeutic Inversion Equipment Editorial Review
The Exerpeutic Alternative Inversion Traction Table has garnered a promising reception among users, particularly those struggling with lower back pain due to herniated discs or spinal issues. Many reviewers have reported significant relief after incorporating this table into their routines, with immediate effects being noted upon use. The design allows users to receive the benefits of spinal decompression without the discomfort often associated with traditional inversion tables, as it maintains a horizontal position. This elimination of inversion is particularly advantageous for those who dislike the sensation of hanging upside down. Customers appreciate the table's portability and ease of setup, along with the thoughtful inclusion of adjustable arm pads and leg holders, making it suitable for various body types. The foam backrest and lumbar pillow contribute to user comfort during sessions, enhancing the overall experience. Several users have compared this table's effectiveness favorably against more expensive professional treatments, highlighting its ability to provide meaningful pain relief at home. However, the table may not serve everyone equally well; those on the heavier side have reported that the table's mechanism tends to pull more at the ankles and hips, which diminishes the intended back-stretching benefits. Some users also mentioned that the experience can be intense, especially for novices, recommending that new users ease into a more robust stretch. A few concerns were raised about the sturdiness of specific components, but overall feedback indicates that many users find value in this alternative to costly treatments. **
