Respuesta: Instructions are not clear. But if you press the bottom button under the start button you can select the speed. I start on program 1 and warm up to higher programs. I haven't worked out how to get it to go into English on startup. But it is a fab device. -

Respuesta: I too found it very difficult to enter the manual mode without trying many times. It was so hit and miss that I decided not to bother and stick to the presets. The Instruction Manual is quite hopeless as I find most are these days. -

Respuesta: I've plugged Evoland Vibration Power Plate into an extension plug socket with a surge protector. -

Is it worth getting the extra resistance bands? It doesn’t say what resistance the ones included are.
Respuesta: I took the resistance bands off as they were not useful to me. The metal attachments for these look very flimsy. I personally can't see them lasting long if used regularly. That said, I am very happy with the plate otherwise.
