VED Iron Editorial Review
Liquid Iron Supplement - Bluetone is an excellent choice for both vegans and vegetarians seeking essential iron support. This 500 ml bottle is designed for easy dosing with a 15 ml daily recommendation, ensuring you get 33 doses of iron-rich liquid with a pleasant mixed fruit flavor. Many users appreciate that it is easier on the stomach compared to traditional tablets, which can often cause digestive issues. A common sentiment is the enjoyable taste, making it a more appealing alternative for maintaining iron levels. Overall, it’s practical for those not always consuming a balanced diet, although some users note that it could be priced more competitively.
